The Southern Cross Safari Trip Companion takes you on a stunning tour of 'amazing Australia', adding colour and context to the lively narrative. No longer will you have to imagine what karri forests or aquamarine coastlines look like: they, and many other scenes, are presented for you, arranged to match the narrative on a chapter-by-chapter basis. Within each chapter, the images follow the text.

The gallery covers most, but not all, of the trip. Let’s face it: not every day of travel has ‘picture postcard’ weather, and not everything is ‘photogenic’. Batteries go flat, cameras break down, and copyright, cultural and privacy issues preclude the use of certain images.

That said, over a thousand photos made the cut. I hope you enjoy your Trip Companion.
