We explore Australia’s arid centre, by train to the mining city of Mount Isa, then bus to Alice Springs where we visit a wildlife park. We take a camping tour through the ‘red heart’, including Uluru-Kata Tjuta and Watarrka parks, before ending our stay exploring the East MacDonnell Ranges.
